8:00 – 9:00 AM | Coffee with Cows ☕🥐 Start the morning with coffee, pastries, and a chance to view the sale cattle.
9:00 – 9:15 AM | Welcome 🎙️Welcome by The Virginia South Poll Producers
9:15 – 10:15 AM | Producer Panel 🐂 The Virginia South Poll Producers will share insights on grazing, breeding, and herd management, with an open discussion for questions. Hear from the Producers about what makes these cattle a great fit for forage-based systems.
10:15 – 12:30 PM | Vendors & Cattle Viewing 🌱 Explore offerings, meet breeders, and get an up-close look at available cattle.
11:00 – 12:15 PM | Grass-Fed Beef Lunch 🍽️ Enjoy a fresh, locally sourced meal with great company.
12:30 PM | Live Cattle Sale 🏷️ Bid on Fullblood, Purebred, and Percentage South Poll females, pairs, and bulls, carefully selected for grass-based performance.
