9:30-10:30 - Low Cost Cattle Production by Bruce Shanks, Sassafras Valley Ranch, MO
10:30-11:00 - Break/Cattle Viewing
11:00- 12:00 - Pasture Walk with Dr. Gabe Pent, AREC Superintendant
12:00- 2:00 - Grassfed Beef Lunch
2:00 - SALE - Females, Pairs, Bulls
