Please read the following details:
--> This is an event focused on cattle and regenerative grazing management. Please make sure your business is related to the event.
--> Vendor will need to provide your own tables, chairs and promotional material (power is possible if you specify in application that it is needed, on a first come first serve basis)
--> First come will get vendor spaces under roof. However, if you prefer to bring your own tent, we have plenty of outside space to accommodate.
--> Virginia South Poll Cattle Sale and Gathering do reserve the right to decline applications.
--> Virginia South Poll Cattle Sale and Gathering assumes no accountability for damage to oneself or products.
--> You are in charge of your own insurance for your vendor space and business.
--> The event is from 4pm- 8pm on Friday Night, May 17th. The second day (main event) will start 9am prompt on Saturday, May 18th till 3pm. Please either set up Friday afternoon between 3-5pm or Saturday morning between 7-8:30am.
